Saturday night hoops

Big day of basketball Saturday, as six of the eight Hancock County basketball teams will tip off.

First off, join Andrew Smith and Chris Lambert for our first annual "You Pick It" game between New Palestine and New Castle from the New Castle Fieldhouse. Both teams come into the game 1-0. All four Hancock County boys teams are in action, and all four on the road:
Eastern Hancock (0-1) at Frankton (0-1), 7:30 p.m.
Greenfield-Central (0-2) at Fishers (0-0), 7:30 p.m.
Mt. Vernon (1-0) at Hamilton Heights (0-1), 7:30 p.m.

Also, two girls teams will be in action:
Greenfield-Central (1-3) at Marion (2-3), 1:30 p.m.
3A No. 1 Mt. Vernon (2-1) at 3A No. 9 Hamilton Heights (3-1), 2:30 p.m.
New Palestine (1-4) is fresh off a two-point loss to Columbus East, and will next play Dec. 2 against Delta. Eastern Hancock (4-0) travels to Frankton on Nov. 30.
